A good use of Photoshop results in such outrageous pictures. You can make use of simple Photoshop techniques to create such images and many more. As an example the picture on the left is merely a 'composition' of two different images, ie, the beautiful background image and the foreground person's image (inverted). You just need to put a nice scenery as background. Then erase background from your image, inverted it, create it's reflection (for water like effect) using few 'filters' in Photoshop.Then flatten the two 'layers' and you get a nice 'awesome' image.
